Our Facilities
OhK Diving Team practices at several different facilities to maximize practice time for our divers all over the Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky area.
School Year/Year Round Facilites
Washington Township Rec Plex (Labor Day to Memorial Day only)

Facility includes one 1 Meter diving springboard/outdoor and indoor conditioning
Who: Navy/Royal TR, Silver/Teal/Masters T or W (depending on time of year)
Northern Kentucky University (year round)

Facility includes one 1 Meter and one 3 Meter diving springboard/ indoor and outdoor conditioning
including yoga weekly.
Who: All groups Mon, Sat, Sun
Miami University (year round)

Facility includes three 1 Meter and two 3 Meter diving springboards, as well as 1 meter, 3 meter, 5
meter, 7 meter and 10 meter platform.
Schedule varies based on availability but typically 1 Sunday and 1 Thursday per month from
September to May and 1 Sunday and 1 Monday during the summer.
Who: Sundays - all groups, Thursday - Navy/Royal only, Monday - all groups
Perfection Gymnastics aka PGS (year round)

Gym work including tumbling, foam pit, belts and dry board

SkyZone Trampoline Park (year round)

In addition to NKU and Miami, in the summer we add two outdoor facilities for practice.
